• All West of Prince George points excluding Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser, Houston, Kitimat, Prince Rupert and Vanderhoof – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.
• Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser, Houston, Kitimat, and Vanderhoof – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. The next shipping day will be Wednesday, October 11th.
• North of Prince George – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. The next shipping day is Wednesday, October 11th.
• Greater Vancouver area – This is the last shipping day before the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. The next shipping day will be Wednesday, October 11th.
• Quesnel – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. The next shipping day will be Wednesday, October 11th.
• 100 Mile House and surrounding areas – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. The next shipping day is Wednesday, October 11th.

Friday, October 6th

• Points that receive daily overnight service should be delivered Saturday, October 7th.
• Please note there will be a delay in shipments that pick-up on Friday to deliver Monday. Clark will not be held liable for perishable product quality held for more than 24 hours during the holiday scheduling and may be subject to storage charges.
• All West of Prince George points excluding Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser, Houston, Kitimat, and Vanderhoof – Shipments including perishables should be delivered Tuesday, October 10th.
• Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – Shipments including perishables should be delivered Tuesday, October 10th. To have your shipments delivered before the Thanksgiving Day Holiday, please ship on Friday, September 29th.
• Williams Lake – This is the last shipping day prior to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. Shipments should deliver Saturday, October 7th. The next shipping day will be Wednesday, October 11th.

Saturday, October 7th

• Clark’s Prince George terminals will be delivering freight, but will be closed for pick-ups.

Monday, October 9th

• All terminals closed.

Tuesday, October 10th

• Greater Vancouver area – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Wednesday, October 11th.
• All West of Prince George points – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Thursday, October 12th.
• Dawson Creek and surrounding areas – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Thursday, October 12th.
• Fort Nelson, Moberly Lake and Hudson Hope – This shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Wednesday October 4th or Wednesday October 11th.
• Mackenzie, McLeod Lake, Summit Lake and Bear Lake – Please ship on Wednesday, October 11th. Shipment should deliver Thursday, October 12th.
• 100 Mile House & Surrounding areas – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Thursday, October 12th.
• Quesnel – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Thursday, October 12th.
• Williams Lake – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Thursday, October 5th or Wednesday, October 11th.
• Kitwanga – Due to the Stat Holiday, this shipping day is cancelled and there will no shipping day to this area the week of the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. Please ship on Tuesday, October 3rd.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols. Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. should greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels. Where our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working with us to minimize the impact of holiday uncertainties.
