The result is some of the lowest claims in the industry. Most transportation companies strive to achieve 0.50% according to the industry claims measuring standard (the Claims Ratio – see below); however, the majority of carriers average about 1.00%. By contrast, we’ve consistently led the industry with a remarkably low Claims Ratio.
But we’re not perfect (at least, not yet), and delivery discrepancies occasionally occur. When they do, we process any claim received within the first 30 days. We’ve also prepared the following guidelines and references to assist you in ensuring that your claim is processed quickly;
